Our house offers you spacious cosy "Comfort" rooms 25 m² with a sitting area, shower/WC, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and balcony.
In our new build Bio Dependence, 10 m near main building, we can offer you "Superior" rooms 32 m² with couch, shower/WC, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, garage, writing desk, internet connection, safe, hairdryer, panorama balcony and also "Suite" 47 m² with an extra bath and a tiled stove.

Prices are per person and night with halfboard, including VAT, health resort tax, service and heating with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Bed and breakfast minus 12,00 euros per person.
We offer you a rich and varied buffet breakfast and a 3-to-4-course menu selection with salad buffet in the evening.
Single room supplement 7.00 - 10.00 euros per person and night.
Full board supplement 12,00 euros per person.
For stays less than 3 nights please add 3,00 - 5,00.- euros.
Childrens reductions (in an additional bed sharing the parents room):
- children under 3 years pay 16.00 euros (cot and meals)
- children aged 3-6 years 50%
- children aged 6-12 years 30%
- children over 12 years 20%
Free admission to the Mardolomit public indoor and outdoor pool in Ortisei.
Large car park on-site and dedicated spaces for motorbikes.
Car garage if availability 5,00 euros a day.
Rooms
Check-in time is at about 12 noon.
Check-out time is at 10 am.
Please inform us if you arrive after 6 pm, or if you wish to store your luggage before you have checked in or after you have checked out we will be happy to arrange this.
Dogs are accepted in summer only at the discretion of the management and by prior arrangement. 8,00 euros a day without foot. Please bring your own rug or basket.
In order to secure your booking a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of 200.00 euros per room must be paid. Please note that in the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
